As the subject matter expert for the Department of Health and Ageing for the training of Quality Reviewers in Community Care (2010- 2014), Lorraine has provided training to government employees and the industry.
Qualified Home Care Auditing
As a qualified Lead Auditor, aged care assessor and previous ACHS surveyor, Lorraine is able to assist clients to understand what triangulation of evidence is and how to ensure success at audits. She believes that having strong systems and documentation are essential and reinforces this in training sessions and pre-audit services. An audit tool and education are provided to ensure sustainability in systems. This service is available to the community and residential care services.
At LPA will focus on assisting providers in meeting the new Aged Care Quality Standards and National Disability Standards
LPA is the National provider of education for the Case Management Society of Australia.
