About this event
Support at Home in Practice
Many of you have been asking us to come to Perth, and we are very pleased to finally be bringing this interactive, practical-focused workshop to WA to support our local clients and sector colleagues in person.
Proudly hosted by Juniper we invite you to join industry experts Lorraine Poulos and Stuart Hutcheon for a practical and highly relevant day designed specifically for operational leaders, finance teams, care partners, CEOs and managers navigating the realities of Support at Home implementation.
Six months into Support at Home, many providers are struggling with growing operational complexity, financial pressure, utilisation challenges, claim reconciliation issues, and uncertainty about long-term sustainability while others appear to be adapting more successfully and identifying practical ways to survive and evolve under the new model.
This workshop has been designed to openly explore why this is occurring, what strategies are working in practice, and how providers can respond proactively to the realities of the new environment. This is not a passive workshop. It is a collaborative working workshop focused on real sector pain points, practical solutions, and peer discussion.
The Lookout Way are the creators of Lookout, the only digital care management platform built by care, for care and are a proud sponsor of this event.
🔥 Overview
This workshop is designed for those closest to the operational and financial realities of Support at Home including CEOs, operational leaders, finance teams, care managers, and care partners. If you are responsible for making the new model work on the ground, this day is for you.
This is a working day, not a presentation. Expect open discussion, honest conversation about what is and isn’t working, and practical takeaways you can apply immediately. You will leave with a clearer picture of where the sector is heading and concrete strategies to help your organisation adapt.
Six months in, the picture is becoming clearer and the gap between providers who are struggling and those who are finding their footing is widening. This is the moment to take stock, learn from peers, and act with confidence rather than wait for the uncertainty to resolve itself.
