Kerryn Tutt is a senior physiotherapist, researcher, and executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving clinical excellence, governance reform, and service transformation across aged care, disability, and health. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and extensive postgraduate leadership training, Kerryn combines deep clinical expertise with strategic and operational insight. As a published researcher and experienced conference presenter, Kerryn has delivered more than 20 national and international presentations across Australia, Europe and the United States, sharing her expertise in chronic oedema, lymphoedema management, reablement, and models of care innovation. Her collaborative research with the Australian Catholic University has contributed to new understanding of chronic lower-limb oedema in older adults, influencing early detection, prevention, and care planning approaches now being adopted in residential aged care.

Kylie White is an accomplished operational leader with over 15 years’ experience across aged care, disability and community-based health. Kylie specialises in strategic operations, compliance, quality systems, and service model transformation — with a proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams, delivering workforce capability uplift, and embedding evidence-based care models that improve outcomes for clients and organisations. Kylie has led operations within major providers and boutique services, and now provides specialist consulting to organisations across the Aged Care and NDIS sectors. Her work spans design and implementation of clinical governance frameworks, policy and procedure development, risk and quality systems, diversity and inclusion frameworks, trauma informed care integration, and organisational readiness for reform. Kylie is recognised for her ability to translate research into repeatable practice, uplift operational maturity, and implement solutions that improve safety, compliance, and human experience. At her core, she is relationship-focused, culturally responsive, and driven by quality — ensuring that care remains centred on dignity, wellness, reablement and the client voice.

LPA provides specialist sector training, education, and consulting designed to build practical capability, support compliance, and strengthen governance, clinical care, and operational systems within aged care and home care organisations. 

Our training focuses on real-world application, supporting teams to understand regulatory expectations, embed best practice, and confidently apply learning in their day-to-day roles. While LPA training does not lead to nationally recognised qualifications, it is highly valued by providers for its relevance, depth, and alignment with current and emerging reforms such as Support at Home.
