Her expertise in business process improvement, strategic planning, and organisational design reflects her genuine passion for aged care. Marisa is dedicated to empowering providers for quality care amid ongoing sector reforms.
Lorraine Poulos
Managing Director
Lorraine is a seasoned Registered Nurse and healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience in health and aged care. Lorraine shares her expertise on aging and health via publications and as a guest speaker at sector events, aiming to equip practitioners and providers with practical guidance and support. Passionate about enhancing care practices, Lorraine remains dedicated to offering valuable advice to the caregiving community.

health and aged care as a Registered Nurse offering
vital clinical guidance to home care providers. In addition, he holds qualifications as an executive coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation in which he is responsible for the development and delivery of LPA Leadership Programs.

With over 23 years in executive leadership across local, regional, and national levels in aged care, Chris excels in health and not-for-profit sectors. Experienced in leading diverse teams, Chris passionately advocates for the rights of older individuals, ensuring person-centered and safe clinical excellence.

Anna holds an Executive MBA and over 15 years of Marketing/ Communications experience having held executive roles across diverse sectors. She is renowned for her strategic acumen and dedication to fostering innovation in Marketing and Communications on a global scale.

Provider Engagement Co-ordinator
Bringing over 20 years of experience in client relationships and service delivery, Narelle is known for her warm person-centred approach. She is currently studying Nursing, further strengthening her passion for meaningful work and supporting quality outcomes across the healthcare sector.
Therese Thomson
Operations Coordinator
Over 40 years’ experience as a Nominated Supervisor and Service Manager within the early childhood field, highly organised and skilled in booking appointments and providing outstanding customer service. Fosters a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement; establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, team members, managers, and stakeholders.
Joseph Mansour
Project Officer
Joseph is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in clinical coordination, health research, and advanced medical technology across hospital and research settings. He brings specialised expertise in data collection protocols, medical device training, and translating technical information to support clinical teams in delivering quality care outcomes.
Elizabeth Pringle
LPA Advisor
With a background in learning and development management, Elizabeth specialises in equipping individuals with essential skills. Formerly a General Manager Operations for Aged Care Accreditation, quality, assessment and standards development she emphasises quality of life and spiritual care.
Kerryn Tutt
Associate Consultant
Kerryn Tutt is a senior physiotherapist, researcher, and executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving clinical excellence, governance reform, and service transformation across aged care, disability, and health. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and extensive postgraduate leadership training, Kerryn combines deep clinical expertise with strategic and operational insight. As a published researcher and experienced conference presenter, Kerryn has delivered more than 20 national and international presentations across Australia, Europe and the United States, sharing her expertise in chronic oedema, lymphoedema management, reablement, and models of care innovation. Her collaborative research with the Australian Catholic University has contributed to new understanding of chronic lower-limb oedema in older adults, influencing early detection, prevention, and care planning approaches now being adopted in residential aged care.
Kylie White
Associate Consultant
Kylie White is an accomplished operational leader with over 15 years’ experience across aged care, disability and community-based health. Kylie specialises in strategic operations, compliance, quality systems, and service model transformation — with a proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams, delivering workforce capability uplift, and embedding evidence-based care models that improve outcomes for clients and organisations. Kylie has led operations within major providers and boutique services, and now provides specialist consulting to organisations across the Aged Care and NDIS sectors. Her work spans design and implementation of clinical governance frameworks, policy and procedure development, risk and quality systems, diversity and inclusion frameworks, trauma informed care integration, and organisational readiness for reform. Kylie is recognised for her ability to translate research into repeatable practice, uplift operational maturity, and implement solutions that improve safety, compliance, and human experience. At her core, she is relationship-focused, culturally responsive, and driven by quality — ensuring that care remains centred on dignity, wellness, reablement and the client voice.
Alison Keleher
Associate Consultant
Alison is an experienced leader in the health and social services sector, specialising in aged care where she has held Executive roles in Risk, Quality, Compliance and People & Culture. With a background as a Registered Nurse and a proven track record of executive leadership in complex regulated environments, Alison offers high level executive expertise in compliance, quality and clinical governance. Alison is a values-driven leader known for integrity, compassion, and strategic clarity. With a commitment to empowering teams, fostering capability, and delivering sustainable improvements she offers expertise in leading and advising on compliance matters to meet and excel against the Quality Standards.
Jacqueline Culver

Jacqui has been working in the aged care sector for over 30 years and is a well-known speaker at state and national conferences. She has worked as a Nurse Practitioner specialising in palliative-aged care, gerontology and dementia, and her experience and practice spans acute residential and community aged care.
