About this event

At LPA, we understand that some providers are given limited notice when a Quality Review is due to take place – this is the opportune time to ensure you have your “back of house” organised and operating proficiently to ensure you are prepared at any time for a review to take place.

🌟 Why is Preparing for a Home Care Quality Review important?

🌟 When it comes to preparing for a quality review, we are often asked these questions:

  • What evidence do we need to have at our fingertips?
  • How do you ensure the quality of care in home care as part of everyday practice?
  • How can we prepare our workforce?

Did you read ACQSC’s The Commission’s latest sector performance report that found that 34% of services that had a quality audit between October-December 2023 were non-compliant?

Too often, providers seek our help after their Quality Review, when things go wrong.

At LPA, we want you to benefit from our extensive industry experience with Quality Reviews, so your Quality Review goes right! The keys to achieving a pain-free Quality Review are preparation, planning and practice. Any day you could be advised that your Quality Review is coming up, so don’t wait until just before your Quality audit to start thinking about preparation. Join our qualified auditors to learn practical preparation steps you can take now!

In a time of transformation in the sector, we want to make sure now, more than ever, that you are being supported. We will be focusing even more on interactive, immersive training sessions (think break-out rooms, cameras on (yes scary), opportunities to network, and of course maintaining the LPA way of tangible tools and resources).
