LPA Grant Support: Regional, Rural and Remote Home Care Workforce Support Program
Are you a home care provider that operates in Modified Monash Model (MMM) areas 3-7?
At Lorraine Poulos and Associates (LPA), we are proud to have been part of countless success stories in the care sector. For over 15 years, our consultancy business has been dedicated to supporting providers with their grant applications.
The Regional, Rural, and Remote Home Care Workforce Support Program is a government initiative designed to address critical workforce shortages in regional, remote and rural areas of Australia.
The program will run from 2024 to 2027 and aims to recruit 4,000 additional Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to strengthen local home care services. With funding of $20.134 million over three years, this program also supports providers in building their workforce capacity and offering skill development opportunities for PCWs. This will assist in ensuring sustainable and high-quality care in under-resourced regions.
